However, if you want to purchase the report again as per your wish, it’s essential to note that once the purchase is made, the payment is not refundable.
How long is my credit valid?
Your Pro CARFAX credit is valid for 4 years. Therefore it is worth buying a package, because we can offer attractive fixed prices per used car history. After 4 years the credit expires.
How long can I access a purchased Pro CARFAX used car history?
After purchase, you can access your used car history for 15-20 days via your account or the link in the order confirmation. Updates for the vehicle you have checked are included within these 15-20 days. After that, access expires.
